SMS log:
A. SMS logs are gathered, with specific attention to those linked to financial activities. This involves monitoring sender names, transaction explanations, and transaction amounts to assist in risk analysis. This data informs your financial and risk portfolio, affecting your loan options. Personal SMS log are not subject to surveillance, storage, or sharing. After you provide clear approval, the relevant text message data is uploaded securely to our server at (https://srv.oneloan.biz)
b. After obtaining your permission, we will collect your SMS permission. The information collected will include sender content and the date the message was sent. This will help us identify your bank details and bank model. We also collect and process your phone data, such as SMS logs. We would like to promise that your SMS messages will be encrypted and transmitted to us over HTTPS. Your data will not be shared with any third parties without your permission.
Location: Your location information is a very important part of your loan application. You can agree or decline. If you decline authorization, we may lose your location information, which could affect your credit evaluation. We collect your location information after you grant permission to access it. We only collect your location via your IP. Your information will be highly encrypted and uploaded to our server using HTTP.
Camera: For reasons/purposes of facial recognition and information security, please allow our app to access the camera to take documents and photos of loan applications.
Application List: We use your mobile application list to assess your operating environment for fraudulent and hidden virus software. Illegal software can steal your money through virus intrusion. We need to identify and analyze your risk level to process loans and help prevent fraud. We will collect your software name, installation time, software package, version number, update time and version code. The collected information will be highly encrypted and uploaded securely using the HTTPS server, and your data will never be shared with third parties without permission.
How do we use your personal information?
We may use personal data for the following purposes:
To provide and maintain our services, including monitoring the use of our services.
Manage Your Account: To manage your registration as a user of the Services. The personal data you provide may allow you to access different features of the services offered as a registered user.
Performance of Contracts: The formulation, compliance and undertaking of purchase contracts for the products, goods or services you purchase or any other contracts with us through the Services.
To communicate with you: To communicate with you by email, telephone, text message or other equivalent forms of electronic communication, such as push notifications from mobile applications regarding updates to features, products or contractual services (including security updates), or information communications, as necessary or reasonable.

Service Fees
We may offer you the opportunity to apply for Loans in certain amounts. However, if we accept your application and grant you a Loan We will charge a processing fee which is payable to us on top of paying back the borrowed amount (“Processing Fee”). The Processing Fee payable is stated together with the loan amount at the time you apply for each Loan. The Loan shall be credited into your OneLoan Account less deduction of the applicable Processing Fees and which deduction you hereby agree consent to.
Loan Due Date or rollover
You agree to repay the Loan by the date specified when you take the Loan (“Due Date”). If you fail to repay the Loan and Processing Fee on the Due Date, we will automatically rollover your Loan for a period of time ("Rollover Period") and charge you an additional fee ("Rollover Fee") in the amount. You must then repay the loaned amount, Processing Fee and Rollover Fee by the end of the Rollover Period. You hereby irrevocably agree that we may rollover your Loan and charge the Rollover Fee for so long as your Loan remains unpaid.
Default
If you still have not repaid the Loan amount and fees, by the end of the Rollover Period, you will be in default. You agree that any default may be shared by us to third party lending institutions and platforms within twenty (20) days of your default, or such other time period as required/permitted in terms of the law, and such report may affect your ability to borrow money with digital lending platforms in the future. Overdue amounts will be rounded up to the nearest whole Ugandan shilling. You will become responsible for all costs we or our suppliers may incur in collecting the payment in accordance with applicable law.
Recovery of Loans and Costs
You expressly agree and authorise us to debit the amount of the Loan, Processing Fee, Rollover Fee or any other applicable fees from any of your accounts, identified by you, which has your name and exclusively belongs to you as necessary for the payment due in respect of the Loan on the Due Date or, before or after the Rollover Period. You expressly agree to pay any bank charges relating to the aforesaid deduction.
License Rights
We grant you a limited, non-transferable, personal right and license to use the Service and any associated software application through which it may be provided. You may not copy, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, modify, or create derivative works of the software except as, and only to the extent that, any of the foregoing restrictions are prohibited by applicable law or to the limited extent permitted by the licensing terms governing use of any open sourced components included within the software.
Termination of Service
We may at any time terminate your access to the Service or discontinue providing the Service or any part of the Service, with or without notice. You agree that even if the Services are cancelled you shall be liable to us for repayment of all amounts owed to us.
